This system has a Flexicon bulk bag unloading frame with a 2 ton electric hoist, a knife bag piercing station and a air vibrating hopper to prevent clogging. A ECC power auger fed, open mouth bagging machine with air operated bag clamp and auto shut off scale. A variable speed conveyor. A Fischbein model 100 sewing head with power infeed belt and a Camcorp dust collecting system.
Also included is a Iris valve conversion for the Flexicon frame to use with valve opening bulk bags, extra thread, a parts kit and approx. 4000 lined paper bags (13"x3"x25").
This whole system was purchased new in 2011 and used less than one month, the dust collector is still clean inside. It is located in our Emlenton, Pa. warehouse and the breakdown and shipping will be paid for by the purchaser.
