EQUIPPED WITH:
EXTREMELY HIGH QUAILITY PURIFICATION
Removes metallic fines and other solids down to one micron.
Separates tramp fluids down to one quarter of one percent (.0025).
Reduces coolant waste by removing the entrained coolant in the tramp
oil and rag layer.
VERSATILE PLANTWIDE APPLICATION
Single system can serve single or multiple formulations; single or multiple
locations; and different fluids.
Processes any make or type of coolant or oil.
A 500 gallon process tank provides inflow to the recovery system.
A stainless steel basket strainer provides preseparation of course solids.
A progressive cavity pump provides a homogenous and constant feed flow to the
system achieving maximum centrifuge effiency. Hydraulic agitation in the dirty
tank keeps tramp oil and solids suspended for further treatment.
An intermediate stage solids separation is accomplished using a hydrocyclone
for coolant. This process limits particle size to less than 30 microns.
A thermostatically controlled low-watt density heater provides:
Improved separations of solids and tramp oil.
Improved cleanliness inside the centrifuge thus reducing maintenance.
Removal of any dissolved gases such as H2S
Reduced disposal of recoverable coolant entrained in the rag layer,
(coolant/tramp oils interface)
Pasterizes the fluid reducing the need for biocides and fungicides.
A heat exchanger in the system allows for heat transfer from the discharging
clean fluid to incoming dirty fluid, minimizing energy usage and lowering the
fluid temperature to reduce biological regrowth and to keep the sump
temperature from increasing.
A high speed disc centrifuge accomplishes a highly efficient
liquid/liquid/solid separation. Lighter phase oils are separated from heavier
phase water without degrading coolant emulsions. Solids are automatically
ejected at preset intervals and the centrifuge is flushed with water heated by
the IFR, eliminating the need for regular bowl cleaning.
Recovered liquid is discharged to the clean tank for reuse as new oil or
coolant. Tramp fluids are automatically discharged as disired. Automatic
coolant makeup using a proportioner and, if required, deionized water brings
the recovered fluid to like new standards.
Controls: System control automatically sequences and monitors process flow and
temperature, allowing unattened operation.
