The distance between the brushes are adjustable to accommodate tubing from around 6” long to 48” long.

It will deburr tubing from around ½” square to around 2” square.

The tubes are stacked on the input rails and the finger on the chain conveyor picks one up one at a time pushing it through the brushes while it rotates from the groves in the plastic side sheets.

Spare parts will come with it.

Note: The distance between brush heads can be adjusted to deburr tubes from 6" long to 48" long. Each brush head deburrs ID and OD of one end of the tube.
